Ironwood Cauliflower Buffalo Bites

These gluten-free Cauliflower Buffalo Bites are awesome! Especially made with our Ironwood Original Cider...
What you'll need:
1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup garbanzo bean or almond flour
1/2 cup Ironwood Cider
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon melted butter (or coconut oil)
2/3 cup hot sauce (We like Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce)
How to make 'em:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, cider, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk together until smooth.
  1. Toss cauliflower into batter, making sure to coat each piece completely, then place battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • In the meantime, combine melted butter or oil and hot sauce in a large bowl.
    When cauliflower is done, gently toss it in the hot sauce mixture. Place cauliflower back on the baking sheet and cook for an additional 25 minutes until it becomes crispy. Allow cauliflower to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
  • We serve our bites with all the fixin's - blue cheese dip & cut up veggies.
    And of course, these bites pair great with a pint of ice cold Ironwood!
